Donald C. Belt has been leading AGSM associated venture capital initiatives for the past six years. Under his leadership AGSM has grown from a start up to a $25 million plus venture capital firm. He is in the midst of starting AGSM Ventures which will be managing three new commitment funds and growing the AGSM Pledge Fund. He also brings more than 30 years of experience in the hardware/lumber building material, industrial MRO, and consumer products industries to AGSM. Don has established a proven record of sales and profit growth. Through high level executive positions with True Value, ServiStar, and General Electric, and owning several businesses, Don has gained expertise in M&A work, entrepreneurial start-ups, strategic planning, e-business, supply chain management, operations, acquisition integration, marketing, sales management, financial management and capital generation.
Don created the business plan for the $4.0 billion merger of True Value and ServiStar Corporations, which exceeded $100 million in synergies and achieved a seamless integration of the two businesses. While at ServiStar, Don led three acquisitions and three business start-ups. Prior to ServiStar, within the Major Appliance/Video Division of GE, Don provided leadership of the business segment to capture substantial new market share by using sophisticated channel strategies and introducing new products.
Don’s strengths are in the area of growing new ideas. He started MRO Direct, a national distributor and procurement provider service, building the business from a fertile idea to a value of $10 million within two years. He formed Chesapeake Holding Company by acquiring two businesses and merging a third company to create a new entity with dramatic increase in valuation. Don’s other experiences include serving as COO of Smitty’s Building Supply, a $100 million lumber and building material retailer, COO of Speedgoat Bicycles, a web-based retailer of high end custom bicycles, and Vice President of Sales & E-Business for GMT Consulting.
Don earned an undergraduate degree in economics from Washington & Jefferson College and an MBA from the Ohio State University. Don enjoys his 6 children and 11 grandchildren, mission trips to the Dominican Republic, and is highly involved in his local church and YMCA. He is a sports enthusiast, enjoying fly fishing and bicycling and golfing. Don and his wife, Sara, and two children live in Greensburg, PA.

Robert P. Culhane - Chief Financial Officer/ Managing Director
Robert P. Culhane joined ASGM in 2011 bringing with him over 25 years of domestic and international accounting, financial management and Treasury experience with both public and private companies. Prior to joining AGSM, Bob was Chief Financial Officer of DynaVox Systems, LLC, developers of high technology speech communication devices for individuals with significant speech, language and learning disabilities, and was a part of the consulting team that helped DynaVox Inc. undergo due diligence and SEC registration to go public in 2010. The majority of Bob’s career was with durable medical equipment manufacturer Sunrise Medical Inc., one of the world's largest manufacturers of homecare and extended health care products, where he held financial management positions over a 17 year period including Global Corporate Controller and Chief Financial Officer of European Operations. During his time with Sunrise Medical, Inc, he was integral to dozens of acquisitions helping to spur revenues from $97M to $650M.
Bob holds a B.A. of Economics from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania and is a Certified Public Accountant. Bob and his wife Melissa reside in Upper St. Clair, Pennsylvania and are the parents of triplets. Bob coaches Little League and hopes that his children will share his passion for fly fishing and golf.
Bob Delach - Managing Director
Mr. Delach has over 30 years of experience as a financial and operations executive providing strong business leadership in small and large organizations across many market segments. He is a proven leader with strong interpersonal, analytical and conceptual thinking skills. Prior to joining AGSM, Bob was Chief Financial Officer at Think Through Learning, Inc. (TTL), Bob developed a CFO support business and provided finance and operations leadership to technology startups including Mobile Fusion, Inc. (currently kWantera), Cepstral, LLC (Technology Text-to-Speech Company focused on making realistic synthetic voices), and GeoSpatial Systems, Inc., Rochester, NY (develops and markets geo-referenced imaging systems for aerial mapping and surveillance systems). Bob was a co-founder and CFO at MRO Direct a national distributor and procurement provider service that grew from start-up to a value of $10 million within two years. Prior to MRO Direct Bob served as President and CEO of Falcon Plastic, a manufacturing company that was acquired out of bankruptcy and re-built under Bob’s leadership from restart in 1999 to $11 million in 2000.

Vince Mangini - Managing Director
Mr. Mangini is currently a Managing Director at AGSM Ventures, LLC and a Managing Director at AGSM, LLC. He is the President of Carbone Inc. and the Mangini Family LP. He is the former President of Crabtree Oil Company as well as a contributing writer for the Tonight Show, the Dennis Miller Show and Who Wants to be a Millionaire.

Allen Potter - Managing Director
Allen Potter, Managing Director, has over 38 years of experience in business and fund development as well as executive and personnel management. Prior to co-founding Allied Growth Strategies & Management in 2005, Allen was the President and Founder of NIS Group, a business development and technology consulting firm. The NIS Group helped entrepreneurs launch start-up businesses under the support and guidance of professional advising teams.
In 1988 Allen co-founded NIS Computer Solutions, a provider of computer hardware and software to small and medium size business. NIS Computer Solutions grew to over 35 technology professionals and became a Novel Gold Service Provider, Microsoft Solution Provider, Cisco Certified Partner, IBM Business Partner, Compaq Educational Service Provider and earned Department of Defense security clearances for both in-house and on-site government contract services. The Xerox division was added in 1996, and NIS became the exclusive sales agent for Xerox Copiers and Engineering products and was responsible for over 6500 premise business accounts in Central Pennsylvania. Allen sold NIS Computer Solutions to Link Computer Corporation of Altoona in February of 2001. In late 2001 Allen founded Superior Products Global, an international marketing company with the worldwide distribution rights for an innovative line of ceramic based heat and fire resistant coatings. That same year Allen co-founded Thermolose Technologies, Inc., a manufacturer of a line of patented fire resistant polymer products. In 1998 Allen was nominated for the Central Pa. Entrepreneur of the Year Award and was awarded the Sam Walton Business Leader Award.
An entrepreneur since his days as a student at Penn State University, Allen and his wife Amy live in Julian, Pennsylvania.
Dan Hennessy - Managing Director
Mr. Hennessy is currently President of Hennessy Consulting. Mr. Hennessy has over 33 years’ experience in many roles with the last 16 in senior executive roles with The Timken Company, Latrobe Specialty Metals (LSM) and Carpenter Technology Corporation. Mr. Hennessy was a key member of LSM’s management team when the company was strategically transformed into an aerospace metals leader which led to the acquisition by Carpenter.
