Benjamin L. Heim is the President and CEO of Keystone Real Estate Group. He has been involved with real estate development and ownership for over 15 years. Ben comes to Keystone from his position as co-founder and CEO of Tricore Group, a land development and construction management company in central PA. Mr. Heim has 15 years of construction and real estate experience and is also a partner in numerous residential and commercial properties in Harrisburg and Central Pennsylvania and in oil exploration and drilling ventures in eastern Texas. Prior to entering the real estate industry, Mr. Heim was a Captain in the Army serving as the Command Judge Advocate and Trial Counsel for the 7th Transportation Group Fort Eustis, VA (Army JAG Corps), and Clerk to the Honorable Frederick J. Scullin, Jr. of the United State District Courts. Mr. Heim received his bachelor's degree from Yale University, where he was a varsity football letterman and earned his law degree from Syracuse University School of Law. He is a member of the United States District Court, Northern District of New York Bar and the New York State Bar. Ben serves on the Second Mile Central Board. He lives in Port Matilda, PA with his wife Robin and their three children.
Bruce K. Heim - Advisor
Bruce K. Heim is founder and Chairman of Keystone Real Estate Group, and co-founder / owner / partner of Hospitality Asset Management Company. Bruce has been in both the Who's Who of Commercial and Investment Real Estate and Who's Who in Eastern United States. Bruce is a Certified Commercial and Investment Member of the National Association of Realtors (CCIM) and also a certified Property Manager (CPM). He has been an instructor on the University Park campus of Penn State University. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from the United States Military Academy and a Masters in Business Administration in Insurance and Real Estate from Penn State University. He is a veteran of Vietnam, having served with the 101st Airborne Division. He is actively involved with The Second Mile as a mentor in the Friend’s Fitness program. Cliff Benson - Advisor
Cliff Benson joined Deloitte’s tax practice in 1973. A tax attorney by training, he worked in Deloitte’s New York and South Florida offices prior to joining the Pittsburgh office. Cliff was elected as a Deloitte partner in 1981. Cliff has served some of Pittsburgh’s largest companies and some of Deloitte’s most significant clients, providing not only tax consultation and services but serving as a trusted business advisor. He has fostered growth and opportunity at companies including US Steel, Bayer, Rockwell International, HJ Heinz, Alcoa, Marathon Oil, the Pittsburgh Penguins, and PPG Industries, among others. His career has included serving as a member of Deloitte’s Office of the Chairman Tax Advisory Committee, as the regional coordinator of Deloitte Tax Technologies, and in various leadership roles in the Pittsburgh and South Florida offices. A graduate of Penn State University, Cliff earned a J.D. from Brooklyn Law School a Masters of Law in Taxation (LL.M) from NYU. He was instrumental in establishing the “Hockey in the Hood” (now Pittsburgh Ice) program in Pittsburgh, a program that opened ice hockey to disadvantaged children and has been a trustee and advisor to the Imani Christian Academy. John Heim has 20 years of construction and real estate experience and is also a partner in numerous residential and commercial properties in Harrisburg and Central Pennsylvania and in oil exploration and drilling ventures in eastern Texas. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for BlueSwarf tool dashboard™ which enables users to determine the maximum achievable speeds, feeds and cutting depths for their existing machines, tools and applications. He was the co-founder and President of Tricore Group, LLC a land development and construction management company in central PA. Mr. Heim received training in the Army for heavy equipment operation and road work in the Engineer Corps and began general contracting while attending Susquehanna University. Mr. Heim graduated from Susquehanna with a B.S. in business administration where he was a varsity football letterman and second team all-American. He has served as a mentor with The Second Mile Friend Fitness program and on the community advisory board for Easter Seals of Central PA. He resides in Warriors Mark, PA with his children.
